To give methodic-practice support for non-governmental organizations of ethnic minorities, to help them realize different projects

To organize different conferences, seminars, courses for ethnic minorities (in this year we organize courses for NGO leaders, there they’ll have possibility to learn projects managing, working with human resources and etc.)
